RMI is a 550-bed tertiary hospital in Hayatabad with a teaching block built for exactly this kind of meeting. The plenary hall, three parallel session halls, six skills labs and the exhibition floor all sit within the same building you will not be crossing the city between sessions.

Registration opens in the main foyer at 08:00 on 18 December. Delegate parking is signposted from the Phase-V approach road, and overflow parking is available in the adjacent lot with a shuttle running every ten minutes.

Bacha Khan International Airport (PEW) is 12 km from Hayatabad, roughly 25 minutes by road. Daily flights connect from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and the Gulf. A conference desk operates in arrivals on 17 and 18 December.

Peshawar sits at the western end of the M-1 motorway about two hours from Islamabad. Hayatabad is signposted from the Ring Road, and RMI is on Phase-V. Delegates driving in should allow extra time during the morning peak.

Shuttles

Free delegate shuttles run between the city-centre pick-up points and RMI from 07:30, returning from 18:00 on all three days, with an extra run after the gala dinner. Pick-up points are printed on your badge.

Weather & what to pack

December in Peshawar is cool and dry around 18°C by day and 4°C at night. Bring a jacket for the evening functions. Business or national dress is appropriate throughout the conference.
