One fee covers all three days, both dinners, the exhibition and your CME certificate. Registration runs through your delegate account the same account you use for abstracts and your certificate so there is no separate form to fill in here.

01How registration works
Four steps, and it starts with an account.
Your delegate account is the registration. It holds your payment status, your abstracts and your CME certificate in one place, which is why step one is signing up rather than filling in a form.

Create your account
Sign up with your name and email, then click the verification link we send you. Everything else happens inside this account, so there is no separate registration form to fill in.
Transfer the fee
Pay the amount for your category into the RSP conference account by online transfer, cheque or over the counter. Quote your name and 'RSP 2026' in the reference, and keep the slip.
Upload the slip
Open Registration in your portal and upload the slip as an image or PDF. Your status becomes 'Under review' the moment the upload completes.
Wait for confirmation
The secretariat verifies the transfer and confirms your place, usually within two working days. You will see 'Confirmed' in the portal and receive an email.
Already submitted an abstract?
You are part-registered already submitting an abstract creates your registration record automatically. Open your portal and upload the payment slip to finish.
02Fees
Five delegate categories.
All amounts are per delegate and inclusive of taxes. There is no early-bird rate: one standard fee applies until registration closes, and registering on the desk during the conference adds PKR 5,000 in every local category. Trainee and student rates require proof of status at the desk.

03Payment
Where to send the money.
Transfer the fee for your category to the account below. Quote your full name and 'RSP 2026' in the transfer reference so the secretariat can match it.
Cash is not accepted before the conference. On-site payment is possible at the registration desk from 08:00 on 18 December, at on-site rates.
